The most important appointment in my diary, that is how I describe my relationship with Barnstaple Chiropractic Clinic." Having been a long term back sufferer since the early 1980’s I was deeply concerned when my job took me from Surrey to North Devon in 1994. Following a professional analysis of my history Dr Sharon Read-Jones carried out Chiropractic adjustments on me in my home which enabled me to get to bed that same night and have 5 hours sleep. Fantastic after a week of hell. Following several subsequent visits to the Barnstaple Chiropractic clinic I was able to return to a normal life. I have continued seeing Sharon for what I call my MOT on a regular basis. This enables me to carry on that normal life. According to the data, my centre of gravity was goodness knows where, which would help to account for my recurring problem. I wear them continually, putting the inserts into whatever foot wear I am wearing.
